What it actually looks like

From what we do, to what you feel, to what you change.

What

What we do

We meet every week and speak: prepared talks, impromptu rounds, evaluations. Twelve curriculum projects take you from a first talk about yourself to a full question-and-answer session.

Experience

What you experience

A room that wants you to succeed. Every talk you give comes back to you as specific, supportive feedback from coaches and peers who were once exactly where you are.

Impact

The impact you make

You start running meetings, mentoring newer members, and carrying the skill into school, work, and your community. Leading, it turns out, is mostly communicating.

It's free. It always has been.

Generation 50 is a non-profit club run entirely by volunteers. There is no membership fee, no tier to upgrade to, and nothing to pay for. The only cost is showing up and giving yourself a chance to grow.

How that works

In their own words

Members on what the club changed for them, in their own voice.
